Poorly managed. Management and staff dont have good communication among themselves resulting to other peoples expense. These people should be retrained as they dont have any business being there and providing service if they cant even deliver a simple service that was already paid for. These people are very unhealthy to be surrounding students!! Unprofessional in all means!!!!! You dont even deserve a single star in the reviews!! Its not just about your return policy that sucks, your commitment to serve is beyond unacceptable. Its not right to keep a person come back for their ordered goods to be passed on from one staff to another weeks and weeks and weeks and still nothing!
Overpriced and their return policy is a joke. I couldn't even return UNOPENED ILM'S a week after I had bought them. Thank you for ripping off college students on a college budget.
I waited almost an entire semester for one of my textbooks, although they had repeatedly told us they were ordered in before school started. Thanks to them I had to go the entire time without the necessary materials for my program! I agree with everyone else when they say they don't even deserve 1 star because it's true. This type of customer service should NOT be placed inside of a reputable and professional college like RDC.
Most staff are very helpful, always short of stock on something when you need it.
Quite pricey. I suggest checking other book places before buying textbooks here. I would also buy my other supplies at cheaper stores unless you are needing something right away. Line ups can be long with high wait times. They do have used textbooks though, so you can always compare those prices.
