First time trying my remote starter this season and it wouldn't start. It's 6 years old and I was really hoping I wouldn't have to replace it. Tech came out after a couple minutes to tell me nothing was broken, it was simply in valet mode and he just resetted it for me. Wow! Best part, he took the time to explain how it can get turned on accidentally, how I can easily check if it's been put in valet mode and how to reset it myself. Now that's what I call customer service!
