The place to go for furniture, most of the furniture in my home is from here, their quality is good and so is there service. Also visit their large floor area of reduced items. The store does have washrooms and offer warm drinks, coffee, etc.
Say all the right things and then deliver on nothing. Talk a great game about quality furniture and great service until you actually have an issue.Bought a warranty plan (at the suggestion of the sales associate) to cover leather care. Associate stated if I ever have a problem someone will come to the house and address the issue. I phoned to have this done, SIMS didn't show up just told me to phone their 3rd party warranty provider. They didn't show up either! Don't tell me someone will show up when they won't. INTEGRITY is part of professionalism, do what you say you are going to do!
