Absolutely terrible customer service. I've been calling the store for 3 days only be told the line is still busy. And their customer service line won't pick up either even though I called during their business hours. They charge $200 for JUST a duvet cover. No pillow sham no sheets nothing just a thin piece of material. That is absolutely outrageous. I was also told incorrect information regarding sales by a sales associate, you would think for the price they charge they would atleast know what they are talking about. Very displeased and would not suggest giving them your business
