Otis gets very Vocal and excited when he goes there.. Girls are great and very patient with him, he's a 125lb that needs help getting on the table.
Got my dog groomed here, ok job on the grooming but very disappointed in the care for my senior dog. When I picked him up he had to go to the bathroom so bad he peed and pooped on the floor. This is definitely not normal for my dog as he hasnt had an indoor accident once since he was a puppy ten years ago. He was under a great amount of stress if he couldnt even make it ten feet out the door and he obviously wasnt let out to go to the bathroom at all. He was also overly thirsty when he got home. I have never seen him that stressed when picking him up from a groomer. I wont take him back and put my dog through stress like that again.
For the brand I buy (Canadian Naturals), it's cheaper than at Petland. They also offer the "buy 10 bags, get one free" promotion. Lots of pet acessories and grooming services available.
The staff are great, both in store and the groomers. My pup loves it there, and they have the best selection of treats and food. Highly recommend!!!!
