The service here was abysmal. I am dealing with a potential lost letter that was supposed to be dropped off at the post office a few days ago but it looks like its lost in the truck or maybe lost elsewhere. That part isnt the services fault but I left my number and info with the front desk and asked them to help contact the truck driver to look for my letter in a hidden spot because its small and may be tucked away somewhere. All three ladies I dealt with only said sorry and didnt stretch an arm to help me look into anything further despite asking if they could pass my message along. Canada post itself isnt very reliable but I would have liked a bit better service. I ended up calling in to talk to a representative (Matt) and his service was much more helpful even over a phone.
Wish it was closer to my place or they had more places... But the service is exceptional. They change staff every now and then but I still like them. I don't drive so getting there is tricky. Otherwise... Great Job.
I had an attempted delivery at 9:30 in the morning. I'm not home, nobody who has a job is, so why do they deliver at this time?I am instructed to go to the store to recover my package after 6:00pm. I am told they don't have it. It's a "best guess" time. So I come back an hour later after attempting to phone them three times. The lady won't look in the back for me. She's not even sure if she had a delivery. How late do their postal trucks work? I'm very unimpressed. I can't believe I wasted an hour attempting to get a package that was supposed to be delivered to me. I payed for this.
