We had our roof replaced by Goodmen Roofing several years ago. Recently there was an issue with the roof which was quickly assessed, immediately in fact, by Goodmen and it was repaired the next day with complete satisfaction. Cody was excellent to deal with and completely understanding to the issue. Maurice, the roofing technician, that did the required repairs was very knowledgeable and explained clearly what was required to get the issue at hand fixed. We are completely satisfied with Goodmen Roofing and their team in servicing our needs. Firstly in the replacement of our roof and and secondly in the later customer service needs. Thank you.
Promises promises!!!!! after we were denied from our claim in our insurance because of poor workmanship FYI Goodmen did our roof when we have our house built. I called this company and even willing to pay to have our roof fix. I believe I talked to Cody promise me that they will check it in the spring of this year here's Fall comes but never see this guy. We've called them multiple times but never got back to us. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Called them to come take a look at our roof leak. They had someone there in less than an hour and the repair was done right away. From first call to repair finish it took less than two hours. And the service tech was great! I strongly recommend this company, great service and quality workmanship!
