always enjoyed totally refreshed with all very good experiences. just tried to book an appointment. everything was set, then all of a sudden there was no room after they asked for my name. clearly deliberate. terrible business practice. never encountered this before.
I love the steam bath and massages. Clean and wonderfully staffed. No complaints, ever. They even have south and north locations for you convenience. The only spa we go to...try them.
Had a great first experience! My first time trying this place out. Clean, great atmosphere and staff is super friendly. Came out refreshed and relaxed. Will be back!!!
I booked a massage for my husband and I for an early morning appointment in January. I called the evening prior and left a message stating we could not make it. Unfortunately, totally refreshed did not get my message and are now charging me for the appointments I did NOT use. It's one thing to charge me for MY appointment but they want to charge me for my husbands as well. I have NEVER missed an appointment and had been going there bi- weekly, sometimes weekly for massages. Today I called to book an appointment, again had to leave a message because no one answered the phone. How important is my call REALLY???? A couple hours later I FINALLY get a call back. Go to book my appointment and was informed I have to pay for both appointments, mine AND my husbands before I can book. I am responsible for MY appointment, no one else's. But nope, I have to pay for his too. There are way too many great spas in Red Deer to risk losing business. Looks like Safari gets my business from now on. I will not recommend Totally Refreshed to anyone anymore. Word of mouth is way too important and I'll be sure to share my experience with others. I am extremely disappointed by their automated service, the lack of returning calls promptly, no leeway, and charging for someone else's appointment because YOU booked it. We were paying $160, plus tip every other week for massages. That's $3840 per year, not to mention other services I've used before. Clearly MY business does not matter. Therefore Totally Refreshed will never get my business again. Word of mouth is powerful.
Great place to unwind and relax. Both locations have different but equally great atmospheres. The service providers in both esthetics and massage are happy and make you feel comfortable. The front desk girls are inviting and knowledgeable.
