My first experience with a storage site ever. Was great at first, then all of a sudden there was different people telling me different things as to when I can remove my stuff and what the cost to extend time would be. Turns out I couldn't extend time unless I paid over $400 and I also couldn't grab my stuff until that was paid. They told me they would send it to collections of not paid. After all that they hit me for another fee when I left or else they would send to collections. Brutal, as a consumer I only expect a clear outline as to what to do and what policy is but there staff seemed like they didn't care either way. This will be my first and last experience with this company.
I have been here for years. Service is absolutely excellent! Storage units are spotless, along with the entire facility. Office staff are courteous, professional, friendly and go out of their way to accommodate your needs.
I had called around and their prices were comparable if not a bit lower than other facilities. When I went in with lots of further questions they were very helpful at the front desk, took their time to show us a few choices of units. The inside facilities, which we required for what we were storing, was very neat and clean and I didn't have a problem at all leaving my goods there.
I've used Sentinel in Winnipeg and decided to use them again in Red Deer. Couldn't have done better. Their service, facilities and prices are just perfect!
