Nathan did an amazing job on a time crunch! He also went over the bikes that were serviced in detail and answered all of our questions. Thanks again, man! We will be back :)

Thanks Nathan, for taking great care with our 25 year old bikes and turning them into brand new bikes again! I really appreciated your friendly and caring expertise. I highly recommend Wheeler Bicycle Repair for all your bike needs.

Nathan was excellent to deal with and my bike has never rode better than after he tuned it. His prices are fair and he explains everything in detail. I will definitely continue to bring my business to him.

At first I thought I found my go to guy for all my bike needs. As it turned out my last experience will be my final one with Wheeler Bike Repair. I bought a new cassette, some pulleys and a chain and installed them just fine. But I needed a tune up on the gears as they were not moving well at all. When I brought it to the shop he looked at it and discovered that a pulley was too tight. He loosened it and then kept it to do the gear tune up. The next day he said it was good to go. When I went on my ride the bolt he loosened fell out after about an hour. When I called looking for a little help and maybe a little reassurance (and a new bolt) he seemed to get defensive quite quickly. He said it was my fault because I installed the bolt. But when I reminded him that he actually touched it last he still said it was my fault and blamed me for it. Sorry for the long story. I hope he can take away from this story to first just try and listen to the customer / client, rather than finding blame.

Just found out about Wheeler bicycle repair this year, but glad I did. Great guy with affordable rates and fast service. What more can you ask for? Highly suggested for any and all repairs.
