Always something going on around there.... could be cleaned up a bit. Looks a lil ghetto.
Horrible to say the least .. wolf's sales pitch said it completely vamped .. showed two sites that were fairly nice .. the rest of the park was ghetto.. we had to buy lawn mower to cut our own grass .. lot beside us sewer backed up .. we had a lake of sewer for several days .. our pig propane tank was stolen .. owners response was .. well if you leave your stuff lying around it's bound to happen .. he's about money not pleasing his tenants .. it was pleasant other than that. It's in a good area. And he kept our damage deposit.
Recently sold, renamed Westview Estates also under new ownership with a new well a couple years ago has not fixed anything. Water is not safe to drink or bathe in - high chemicals in it to hide the feces colour.
Very friendly staff and the place is nice and modern inside, i was surprised.. The front counter girl was awesome. 10 stars.
Place is like something out of trailer park boys but more abandoned units, and dogs running around.... Oh and lot fees are as much as the city
