Best service I have gotten in a long time for my sub. Cost me a little more but worth it. Feel very safe and would strongly recommend them.
Not super happy, Had a good first experience. But this time. We got our car back with very loose upper control arm bolts. (For reference, they are supposed to be torqued to around the same torque as tires on a small car ( these bolts specifically at 96ft lbs) and I could twist them loosely with one finger. Also, I noticed, the the tires on my vehicle were put in the wrong place. I have specific front and rear tires. And told him this. But they put both fronts on the left side. Both rears on the right. Anyways, Im not one to ever leave a bad review. And I feel truly awful. As everyone has bad days. but in this industry, a bad day could kill someone. So please double check your vehicles once returned from any mechanic.
