Had an excellent experience (January 2018) with getting the 1998 Dodge safety inspected for my stepdaughter, Eastside discovered and repaired/replaced rear brakes and we were very satisfied. Josh and staff had excellent people and mechanical skills, kept us in the loop and within budget, would use them again.
Everyone is really nice and efficient. Not to mention honest. I would definitely recommend them to friends & family.

I will not be taking my vehicles to this shop or recommending this shop to anyone. My best friend first took his lifted Jeep Cherokee to this shop to have some issues looked at. They had done a wheel alignment which requires them to remove the pitman arm. When he got it back, there was a noise still coming from the Jeep when you turned the steering wheel. They said they tried to figure it out but could not. It turned out to be a loose nut that holds the pitman arm on! This is a crucial part that could have fallen off at any time and caused an accident!!! When I took my Jeep in to have a diagnosis done, they took off the cap to my power steering reservoir and tucked it under the rad hose. I did not find this until a few weeks later when checking my oil. By then I had developed a severe power steering leak. When I took it back to them in tears I was told the only thing they would do is look at it free of charge. I cannot afford to fix the issue and am forced to sell my Jeep. Nothing like having a shop call you a liar to make your day. This shop was better before Josh started working there.
