As with most walmarts it is usually pretty good. But sometimes you can't find something cause it is sold out. Sometimes you can't find someone to help you. But usually you can. Almost always a nice cashier. Usually very clean and organized.
If you're going to Walmart, make sure it's this one in the SOUTH end of Red Deer. Kind helpful staff. Clean store. Great selection. You'll walk away happy at the experience.
Went there to buy a magazine that I purchase monthly. Surprise surprise Walmart once again has not restocked their magazine Shelf. The display until date is right on the magazine. That day happens to be today and there should be a new magazine out. I spoke with a Walmart representative and she didn't have the magazine on her shipping list. So is this your stores way of telling me this is one less product you're going to carry now? Unimpressed and unamused
The store has had a makeover, aisles are wider in all areas, which makes your shopping experience more relaxing. I found that the staff were more customer oriented, both on the floor and at the checkouts too. Well done Walmart.
I always shop at the south Wal-Mart for location convenience. I live almost an hour from town. Over the last 2 weeks they have a whole new set of clerks. I have now been charged over 10$ more for them double scanning only one item. This is frustrating considering it it the $8.00 or the more expensive item. If they cannot train their staff properly then I guess the thousand of dollars i spend will be spent elsewhere. I always watch and should not have to check and recheck my grocery bill before I leave the store!!!
