I took my son, daughter and grandson for the Lunch at the Farm event. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. If I wasn't so paranoid I'd think it was done only to me because judging by the reviews people think this is a great place to be. I did too. So we walk in and pay and grab a seat. My 1 1/2 year old grandson, 3 year old son, and my 20 year old daughter. The grandson was having a tantrum so I definitely know we were noticed...its not that they didn't notice us, we were ignored....plane and simple. The place was packed and every single person seated had food, even the family seated 20 MINUTES AFTER WE GOT THERE GOT FOOD FIRST!!! This sounds beyond impossible...its absolutely ludicrous to experience what we experienced that day. I think about it and my mind can't begin to comprehend what happened that day. But after 20 minutes seated I asked for my money back. I can't believe I actually paid money to have people treat us this way. Very sad because I was hoping this place would be a great learning experience for my homeschooled son. I'm not so sure

Sunnybrook Farm is a great family experience. It is quickly becoming a great place to visit with the events they have been putting on. Keep up the great work!

This is a great place to bring the kids and hangout. You don't need to do interpretive tours or learn anything educational or historical if you don't want to. (But you still should). They have a great playground with ample bench space for adults to relax. You can see the animals. They have a donkey who just gets so excited when kids come up the fence for a visit, she's very friendly and positively oozes charm.

Great free for nothing (donations appreciated) walk into yesteryear. Fabulous vintage wagons and tractors, as well as a couple cool vintage cars and trucks. Educational stuff in the barns as well.

Nice quiet place in RED Deer. A lot of history of farming at the museum. They are always looking at increasing their exhibits and educating people
