Everything was quick and easy. I had a couple of small fillings and I cant even tell any work was done. The dentist adjusted my fillings perfectly so that my bite was exactly how it was before. I am extremely happy with the work done by Dr. Ali and all the staff were very friendly.
After another dentist failed to remove my broken wisdom tooth correctly I went and booked in with Dr. Ibrahim. He was absolutely amazing in understanding my anxiety and pain from the other dentists mistake. His assistant Sam was very easy to talk to as well. They both did their very best to reassure me through the whole extraction. Dr. Ibrahim was very thorough in explaining everything and ensured I was properly frozen before starting the extraction. Prices were cheaper than other places I called and the friendly staff and skill from the doctor will keep me going back.My dental nightmare is over thanks to Dr. Ibrahim.
I really appreciate the kindness they have given us. My son has a severe fear of dentistry because of the last clinic and now it's a battle to even get him inside the office. But Appleway is helping him and even though we arent always successful, they show him kindness, respect, and care. More than any other dentist has and it will help him each time we go. As hard as it is for parents with kids having major fears, it is also a challenge for these professionals to cope with. They do all they can as a team to alleviate anxiety and stress. Hands down the best dentist Ive ever been to. Drove over an to get there because they were so accommodating at getting me in for an emergency. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly from the moment I got in the door. The clinic itself is very clean and high-tech. My dentist explained everything to me in great detail but not at all patronizing. On my second visit in the week a different dentist provided amazing work in an extremely gentle way. I was quite anxious but they were great. My only that, but my first dentist came to check on me during the procedure and even called me the next day to see how I was feeling. I would definitely recommend them to everyone, my family will now always make the drive because they are so worth it!
I've been to a few dentists in town and this one is by far the best. I want to say thank you Marie and my Dentist today. Marie you always make me feel so comfortable and you have such a great sense of humor. I'll see you any other day except torture sundays!
