Just wanted to say how much I appreciated that Dr. Zuk took the time into looking up acid reflux affecting my ability to wear the retainers. He stands behind his product and does everything he can to make sure his patients are happy! Replaced my braces with no charge. And I couldnt be happier with the results after we had to put the wire in behind my teeth instead of the retainers. Also thanks for making my little sheep riding, tooth knocked out little man feel special in his office today. Sorry for the long delay in the message. Life gets so busy, but my family will go no where except to Dr. Zuk and I do tell everyone I know about his customer service. Thanks again!

Always a good experience here. Quality care. The staff seem to be careful to try and stay within the parameters of your coverage, which is very appreciated. No pressure to follow through with expensive orthodontic procedures, just friendly information on options. Very informative and laid back environment.
