This dental office is amazing ! Both myself, and my son go here and everyone is above and beyond friendly and helpful. The dentists are amazing, and so are the receptionists and the dental assistants! I highly recommend this place! They are amazing with my son ( he is 5). I use to have high anxiety with dentists, but over time I had gotten over my fears- but they also made it so much more comforting !! If your looking for a new dental clinic for yourself, and your family, being them here ! You wont be disappointed.
the staff is nice, however they do Very Bad dental work. Before choosing concept I read the reviews, later to find out "you get entered into a draw for an Ipad if you write one"... I had a simple filling done here, after which my mouth was bothering me so much i couldn't chew on my left side and was very sensitive to hot and cold. I went back to concept 2 times to have it X-ray'd and re looked at but they found "nothing wrong". I believed them and after 2 years it was still really bothering me so I went to my families dentist back in BC where they immediately found something wrong and had to completely re do the filling. Since going to my families dentist i have had 0 pain and can eat and floss comfortably again.
I had such a great experience at Concept Dental. Within a week, I went for a cleaning and a whitening. The staff is very friendly and welcoming to the place. Id suggest for anyone to go because its the best experience Ive had at a dental office. The staff takes time to make you feel comfortable and will explain what theyre doing and what theyre using. The staff at concept dental goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy.
There literally aren't words to describe how incredible this place is. The staff are intelligent, confident, friendly, HAPPY. They care, theyre meticulous. The environment is clean and professional. They caught up years worth of my family's dental work with ease. My fear was introducing my young kids to dental work as theyd never been, and Dr. G along with his staff took the fear out of all of it. I wish I could give them 10 stars!
Wow, best dental experience ever. Concept makes you feel important. They listen to you and guide you through the work they're doing. They make you feel comfortable and extremely welcome from the moment you walk in. I will be recommending this place to everyone.
