Rooms were nice, there were 4 families and they managed to put us all across from each other. Breakfast was a bit lacking in variety (no bacon). Pool was nice but being in the basement was a bit dark. Good steam room though and extra pool for the kids. Location wad good if you were heading out of town again as it was fairly close to a hwy 2 overpass.
I had really good experience during my stay there. Nice and clean room. Friendly staff. Pool and gym facilities are exceptional. Only area for improvement in my opinion would be better more comfortable pillows.
Everything was great 8 months pregnant and the beds were so comfy, and the room was cool and quiet. The breakfast had lots of choices, even when we didn't get there until after 930 the first morning of our stay. On a rare child free night, we enjoyed our sleep in, and on our second night with our toddler, she slept wonderfully also. The pool and hot tub were a fun morning activity for her. Only complaint was the key cards deactivated very easily, even when we were trying very hard to keep them away from phones. We know this isn't the hotels fault tho.
Facility is still pretty nice despite being a bit older. Pool is nice but not ideal for kids as there is no slide.. gym is amazing! This hotel is ideal for young people maybe not families.We were put in a room next to a group of 6 guys and we are a family with young kids. We notified them of the potential issue as they were very loud pre-drinking before the bar. We were told wed have to wait till 11pm to do anything... low and behold 2am rolls around and we get to hear them yelling till 5am
Service was excellent at the front desk or anywhere else needed. Hot complimentary breakfast was really good to have. Amenities we're plentiful, had ping pong table, pool table, workout area, a pool and more. Very minor things was some hair on the sheets and the bath/shower was cracked a little with a water stain above the shower head. Rest of the room was very nice though with a little kit Kat bar to greet you on arrival which was a nice surprise. Overall a good place to stay
