New hotel, but will definitely stay to show its age sooner than later. Cleaning staff are good. All rooms are "suites" (meaning only that they have a kitchen). Cutlery provided, you can find it beneath the garbage can.
Great service all the staff were very helpfull. The nicest person I saw was in housekeeping so helpfull her name was Tina and Thank you.
We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel! Great service and staff, excellent accommodation for our large group (including my family of 5), well appointed rooms with all the tech stuff we like, pool access was great, and the breakfast was beyond what we expected! If we are in the Red Deer area again we will definitely stay here.
Nice room facilities, full fridge and freezer. We were able to have a quick bite in our room before we were on our way. Kids had fun in the pool and hot tub. Found wet used towels in the front closet in our room, bit disappointed that the entire room was not turned down. Wifi worked well, we will stay here again if we need a pit stop.
