Had A/C installed and the two guys were quick and efficient. It would have been five stars had they taken their work boots off when coming in and out of my brand new house each time . They did take them off the very first time but once they realized the basement was unfinished, they kept their boots on for every trip in and out thru the main floor of the house, even tho where the unit was being installed outside was soft dirt/mud. I have young children who are walking and crawling directly in the area they were walking, as that is how we access our upstairs floors. Another pair of indoor shoes or boot covers would have been a better option. As well, he turned off our smoke alarm downstairs when testing the installation but it appears not to have been turned back on.

Overall great service. Installation was quick and clean. There was a piece of furniture damaged during either the removal of the old furnace or the installation on the new furnace. Overall a positive experience.
Do yourself a favor and don't call Bruin's for your plumbing and heating needs. Included in that time was 30 minutes for them to go back to the shop and clean up their van. The management claims that "warranty work is different", yet nowhere in their pricing guide is there a fine print or exclusions listed.When allowing a stranger into ones house you would expect honesty, transparency and reliability. With Bruin's you can expect dishonest, shady and untrustworthy service.When the General Manager returns from vacation on Monday to deal with this it will be a month of dealing with this crooked company.
