New: my water bill went up three times higher than normal and it was a puzzle to everyone but Express was able to figure it out and fix it. Casey is always pleasant and knowledge. Always happy to deal with and recommend Express. Older: I was very happy with the service I received from Express Plumbing. We had a leaking water heater and to prevent as much damage from happening as possible Shawn had someone over within an hour to exchange our water heater for a new one. They were professional and polite. I would definitely recommend them.
I received a quote from another "reputable" (please notice the quotes) plumbing business which resulted in a 80 dollar "dispatch/ travel charge" and a quote of $6000-12000. My issue was hot water pressure and was not prepared to get such a quote. Luckily I got another quote from Shawn, he was able to give me a tentative quote over the phone after I explained to him what was going on. I was also informed that they do not charge a "quote/dispatch/travel" fee even if her were to come over and assess my situation. Shawn came over at his earliest convenience, which was the day that I called, walked me though his assessment and what he was doing and fixed it. He was quick and spoke in a direct and matter of fact way (unlike TGP who spoke in circles and used terminology I found confusing). Keep in mind I am an educated individual, who is quite fluent in english as it is my only language. At the end of it my bill came to $120.75, tax included. What a relief. Not sure if the other guys intentionally mislead, or just didn't know what they were talking about; either way, its unacceptable.Also, for those who care, they do screening and safety checks on their staff, and I at no time felt uncomfortable having Express Plumbing in my home. Long story short, Express Plumbing now has my trust and loyalty as a customer and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
Shawn was absolutely wonderful. He was prompt, courteous, and did an excellent job servicing my furnace. He was kind enough to show me a few "tips & tricks" on how I can maintain a simple thing on my furnace myself to help save me money. Very reasonably priced, and I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family.
This company is phenomenal. They have been a pleasure to work with right off the hop and are extremely professional; everyone from the lady who answers the phones to the guys in the field. They have helped us every step of the way with what was needed for the install of our new sewer lines. I have been incredibly impressed with this company and would highly recommend them.
