Friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Love dealing with these guys; they didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need, they were quick which is important when you're dealing with heat. I really felt like they were interested in being my guys long term and not just trying to milk a situation, highly recommend! They loved my dogs too!
