Bought my brand new Elantra from Darcy and he was the best sales person I've ever worked with. Listened and considered my budget when showing me vehicles, even made sure my 4 year old daughter stayed entertained throughout the process. Ron the manager was really helpful and addressed all my concerns about my previous dealership experiences, he assured me that they were different and that I would leave happy.. well I did! They've gained a lifelong customer, I absolutely love my car and will be back in a few years for a newer model. Thanks guys!
My sister and I both purchased are cars from Josh. He is very knowledgeable and made the overall experience of buying a vehicle stress free. He went above and beyond to make sure we were both happy and met all of our wants and needs. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
Giving one star only because a few staff members did make an effort to help alleviate the headache of buying a vehicle. Picked up new car but it had windshield chips (not fixed), a/c (not functioning), paint chips (not fixed), oil change (not done). Had to go back several times for all of these issues and the windshield is still not done a month later. Was told a PS4 would be gifted but never received it, when pressed on this, sales team stammered and found a reason to not offer the console. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.
Gary Moe Hyundai is definitely my go to dealership and quite frankly the ONLY dealership I will go to at this point.. through all my friends and family the only place they always left with a smile on their face and WITHOUT this big weight on their shoulders was Gary Moe... the team is so eager and willing to bend over backwards and make sure you have a good buying experience! Josh Duggal is the gentleman I have been going to for years, he is very knowledgeable and definitely makes the whole process a lot easier and less stressful, always on his feet and organizing everything to make it that much easier and better for you, after all when buying a vehicle isnt that what we want?! Highly recommended!!!
After a long exhausting day at Nissan I decided to take a look at Hyundai. Right away Kerwin came out to us in the lot and asked if we had any questions, which I was very happy about. We test drove a Tucson and even looked into the price and was offered I could even take it home for the evening. I decided to think about it and ended up purchasing my dream vehicle at another dealership (Jeep). I did want to mention even though I did not purchase I was highly impressed by how Kerwin was as a salesman, not pushy but wanted to make me happy as a customer, the staff there is great and if your looking for a Hyundai I do recommend seeing them!!
