This is our second vehicle we have bought from Red Deer Motors. Each time we have had a great experience, friendly salesman, and it is a relaxed atmosphere. Our salesman, Bill broke things down bit by bit so we could learn and make an educated and informed decision. He was very kind and professional with us as was the rest of the staff. We left feeling like we made the right decision and knowing we got a great deal. No one pushed us, tried to deceive us or to make a quick dollar off of us. Purchased a vehicle in Sept 2017 where it was cold. Now it is summer and tried our A/C out it is blowing hot air. They convinced us that everything is working good when it wasn't. That it's just bad experience. We are being toasted inside the car. I paid to have our A/C unit recharged in which the condenser blew up at the back, so that's another problem. Please do not advertised a vehicle that is not working properly. Really disappointed.
First time in a long time a car sale was positive. I walked in the lady at the front desk was polite and quick to get me taken care of . The sales person was busy (5 min) but they brought the truck and got me introduced to finance. When the sales person arrived all the questions answered. Sorry I missed their names please dont take it as disrespect I was in awe of how quick you took care of me without ever feeling rushed.
Great service from all the staff I had dealt with. Very informative with all paper work from the time my truck was purchased new till the day I bought it. Getting into the vehicle for a test drive was easy and painless which makes me feel even better about the vehicle I was looking at. Thanks again to the Red Deer Motors team for everything!
