Took my 2015 dodge in for a recall and was told that the A/C condenser seal needed to be replaced. This vehicle is 3 years old and the condenser had to be replaced. I was told there is a recall for the trucks but not for the SUV even thou its the same issue.The service department was no help in attempting to contact Dodge Canada to assist. I spoke to my salesman who was going to get someone to call me to discuss this, but I have not received a call and that was 3 weeks ago. I took my dodge to another dealership who was a great help. I would never ever go back here or recommend this dealership. Once they sold the vehicle they forgot about customer service
No parking near parts. Parked where it was open got yelled at because they where clearing that area out. Ordered parts over the phone had to pay for them with a credit card. Finally got to the parts desk and get told I need DL and card I purchased them with. If they had told me on the phone I needed to bring these with me when I picked up my parts that would have been helpful. So now I am driving back to red deer to get my parts with the required info in hand. By the way I live in the country half hour out of town. If I didn't need the parts I would have told them to keep them but hold on I already paid for them so u had me hostage. So now I am out an extra hour today and the fuel to get my license in hand.Made a comment about how there was parking for parts only but there was nowhere to park and no customers in parts. When I went back am hour later to get my parts the same vehicles where parked in the parts parking only. This was a less than awesome experience. I won't be back ever. The parts person when I made the comment about the parking she could have cared less and almost snickered at me. U deserve no stars but they won't let me post without
No stress or pressure in buying a vehicle. Was a pleasure working with my sale associate. Very informative, listened to what I said and left feeling like I had made the best choice. Didn't win the 20,000.00.. but still satisfied lol
Bud and Colton were so great to work with! We weren't looking forward to the vehicle buying process and the dreaded salesman tactics but Southside was a completely different experience. There was absolutely no pressure, we laughed and had fun, they had so much inventory to pick from, answered all of our questions, even gave us some buying and financing tips, found us a great interest rate, got everything done super fast and we drove a beautiful vehicle home the same day. Plus their monthly draw for $10,000 just adds even more sweetness to the deal. I will definitely go back for my next purchase and send my friends and family their way.
