We purchased 2 vehicles from John, a 2010 Ford Fusion and a 2005 Pontiac G6 as first cars for our 16 year olds. Everybody has their opinion on used car dealers and I agree, I was a little worried and had the same concerns as most. John is a no nonsense guy and a straight shooter, I found him to be honest and up front about the vehicles he is selling. Now we did have a few issues with both vehicles after we purchased them, but John and Jason were very helpful and resolved the issues quickly. There is a reason they are in business and you see vehicles on the road with their logo on them. I'm not sure why others are unhappy with the service they received, we are more then happy with the service we received from J and JB Auto and would be more then comfortable buying from them again.

Stopped by there today to have someone look under my car for damage after hitting broken pavement. Jason was extremely helpful. Gave me assessment of what was hit and replaced some screws at no cost to me! It was so nice! Janice (I think that was her name) was lovely too!
