Terrible customer service, they don't tell you everything when changing insurance companies. Paid my monthly insurance payments for over 9 years without any issues. Even after Platinum Insurance admits to the wrong doing, they want nothing to do with me. Platinum Insurance won't even call me back and give me 9 minutes of the owners time.
Cheryl Montgomery is a fantastic person to deal with. Always pleasant, positive and polite on the phone. It is very hard Today to find a good customer service and someone who cares! She updates us with everything, helped us go trough our hail claim where another agent in the same office said they don't do that - she did! We have been with Platinum Insurance for 11 years and happy. I greatly appreciate everything she does for us, I am a Realtor and I will refer her to any of my clients if I can !Thank you for your fantastic work! Your Boss should appreciate your hard work as people like you are hard to find and are not replacable!
