My husband and I went to Serena for a second opinion after my husbands life insurance was raised drastically by our long term provider because of wording on an application concerning an event from over 25 years ago. When we called Serena my husband had just been laid off and we knew that if we couldn't drop the monthly bills we would have to cancel the life insurance. Serena came to our home, she was very easy to talk to and made us both feel comfortable. In the end Serena was able to save my husband $400 a month on the same amount of life insurance he had with the other company. $400!!!!! She left my life insurance where it was because that was in my best interest and was able to move our children's insurance under my husband which was the same cost per month but gave them an extra $5000 coverage. We are so thankful for Serena and what she was able to do for us. It took away so much stress while still providing the coverage we feel is so important. Thank you Serena!!!!
