Terrible experience, 1st day in is fine, they present me with a quote I take it home to think about it. After comparing with other branches theres seems best. Next I go to sign with them and the make an appointment 2 weeks later. When I come in 2 weeks later they inform me that they have conviently just re-evaluated me neighbourhood and it will cost hundreds more a year. They also knew from another branch that my houses current insurance ran out that day so I needed to sign. Nobody in the front even knew I had scheduled a meeting to top it off and the broker didnt really have seem to have time for me. Next problem I get a new camera/alarm/fire/carbon dioxide detectors and they only offer me $30 a year less. Also the emails I recieved were bluntly thoughtless they misspelled most of the words and didnt even bother to use a bit of grammar it was like reading a 16 year old girls text message (ex. Payment was spelled pyment).I have lost faith in them with their unprofessionalism and swindlings that I am moving on.
