Broker Lisa Achtemichuk at Procom Insurance in Red Deer is absolutely incredible. We have never encountered a broker so keen to always be available to help. She cares so much about her clients- always answering every single question promptly over email or the phone, going out of her way to secure the best rates with companies and going above and beyond to contact them personally, sending all documents promptly, and always being available to help ease frustrations, helping to navigate the insurance system, and generally just listening to the needs of the client. She has always improved difficult situations that my family has encountered over the past couple of years and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. They don't return calls. They raise rates even when you've never made a claim, and always pay on time. We will be switching broker's.
We've been with Procomm for quite a number of years and were happy with them until recently when we wanted to question our policies and increases. It's hard enough to even get through on their main phone line, and when you finally do your agent is almost never there and all you can do is leave a phone message which is usually not returned. If you can get your agent on the phone they'll promise to call you back after checking things out for you - don't hold your breath.
Called a week ago. The person I spoke to on the phone and supplied all my information to said they wouldn't be able to supply a quote same day but would follow up. That was a week ago. I guess they don't need my business. Anyway have since found another Broker that was interested in my business and has provided a quote and moving my 4 policies to them.
Used to be good but over the last few years has really gone downhill and I would no longer recommend them. They dont respond to emails, dont action things when you call them and due to their mismanagement I nearly had my insurance cancelled. Only when I called to switch and cancel my insurance did they even pretend to care.
