From calling in to set up room to getting there and meeting the wonderful staffs. To relax with my family. Not to mention the comfort of the room. The breakfast nice and warm. My family and I just love staying at Red Deer Best Western in Alberta Canada.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. Had no issues at all during my stay. I wish I could remember names but as a whole the staff went above and beyond. Because a large event with many delegates was in town many booked at this hotel. Because many had to be at the event very early (myself included) the staff opened the complimentary breakfast earlier than usual to accommodate us and it was absolutely wonderful. Though they were busy and it was very early in the morning they were professional, courteous and overall extremely friendly. They are all to be commended and I will definitely book with this hotel again next year for the convention because of the staff at Red Deer Best Western Plus.
Excellent stay the staff was exceptional and very helpful as we had alot of medical equipment needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and room was great we will be back again.breakfast was too notch and filling. Highly recommend this place.
We are having a great stay. This place is awesome. Clean room with great temperature. The breakfast's food were delicious. Staff are all very friendly. Justin, at the front desk, is doing a fantastic job. This hotel is worth recommending.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here for 5 nights during my daughter's dance comp. We had a beautiful family room... very spacious and I would highly recommend! Great brealkfast! Only area that lacked ambiance was pool area...could maybe be better spruced up on lighting and decor. Great hotel for the price. One of the best of the Best Western Plus Hotels that I stayed at.... enjoyed nearby restaurant just across highway called "State and Main".
