Modern where you need it to be: beds, bathrooms, TV, pool. And old school where you want it to be: Bar decor, friendly and helpful staff. Beats a Holiday Inn any day.
Great view from my room on the top floor, and had a wonderful sleep on my king bed. The aesthetic of the place is pretty neat, a bit odd in a way in some spots, but that's part of its charm. Great pool and hot tub area with great art on the walls. The lobby chandelier is really cool as well as the ceilings in the elevators oddly enough.Didn't try the restaurant this time but maybe next visit! If I had time to try it I'm sure my rating would be 5 .I chose this hotel cause it had high score reviews and I agree with that sentiment for sure!
Was there for training services for work. Conference halls are nice and big, and servers bring out refreshments regularly. Lunch provided is decent enough. Clean front desk area and bathrooms. Have not stayed in the rooms or eaten at the restaurant.
This is a place right out of the 80s. It looks like a set from The Golden Girls! I haven't seen a salad bar in decades. But this place has one! However to their credit they do serve a good honest traditional steak sandwich for a great price! Cooked to perfection!
Nice meeting rooms. Roomy clean washrooms. Table linens not paper. Comfortable lobby. Quiet lounge. Prime rib!
