Just had to have my friend of 14years taken in. He was given the best care you could imagine. Though he did not make it, they did everything possible to make his journey over the Rainbow Bridge the most peaceful and they were very good with us. Everyone from Sarah the young lady at the desk, to a young lady I knew Tara, to the best doctors you would ever want to have look after your little fur kids. They are very caring and very professional and our family thanks you from the bottom of our hearts.
I've been going to cedarwood for a few years now and am extremely disappointed to have to write a poor review but here we are. I brought my dog in because her nipple was swollen as if she had mastitis, they asked me if I wanted a sample of the specimen sent for testing and i said yes (in case it was something serious). I was given an antibiotic, paid the 280 bill and left. About a week and a half later I get a voicemail saying I was given the wrong antibiotic and to stop giving her the one I had right away, they had her new prescription waiting. I go pick it up and get hit with another 130 bill.. I ask the receptionist if I would be reimbursed for the initial drugs to which she said, "if you still have them, you can return them" after almost two weeks of giving my dog these pills there wasnt many left so she told me I obviously wouldn't be getting a refund. I didn't see a point in arguing so I again paid the bill and left. I called and asked for a manager to return my call and when she did I basically got the same response as i did from reception.. only the manager offered to refund the dispense fee which was $15 "would that help you" she said with what I would consider to be a condisendong tone. Cedarwood if you see this, IT WASNT ABOUT THE MONEY. It is the principal. After bringing my other dog in to see you for eye surgery and having to come back to re-do it not once, not twice, but three times for a total of 4 eye surgeries.... there is no reason for that. I dont trust you with my animals anymore and wouldn't recommend you to anyone. You really should treat return, loyal customers better because you just lost one.
The staff there are just the best. I've had to take my dog in a bit more than usual lately and they've been very excited to go back because of how nice the ladies are there. Treats for everyone!
