We brought our little dog in not long ago to be examined, and I must say our experience was very unsatisfactory. It started out ok, but as soon as they found out that we are a low income family they couldn't wait to get us out of there. We paid $85 dollars for an examination (which is a tremendous amount of money for us) and the dr barely did anything. Our dog is having very serious dental problems but the dr only took a two second look in her mouth, and that was it. We felt very little care or concern was given, we tried to discuss whether we could get financing or some other way to help our dog and again we felt brushed off because of our financial situation. All they care about is money and won't have anything to do with you if you don't have much. The whole appointment was very rushed and it seemed like they didn't want to waste their time with us. In the mean time our poor dog has a jaw that is deteriorating with teeth that are loose and infected. She suffering tremendously because no one will try to help her or us with financing, we at this point have no idea what to do. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Dr Lisa and all her staff are amazing! I have taken my Boxers there for years and they always get the best treatment. I feel like they truly care about them as much as I do, which is saying a lot. Everything is explained well so I understand issues and treatment options. They refer to specialists if need be, and the follow up care is great. Will definitely always take the fur children to see Dr Lisa.

We have been taking our 2 dogs and 1 cat there for two years. They have had several surgeries and other procedures. The vets there take the time to fully explain everything. They were even willing to come in on their day off if our cat required that. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

I originally went to Lomsnes for my bearded dragon when he had a URI, they helped him so quickly and we got him treated. They are all so friendly and personable, when I got a puppy I decided to go there again the place is very clean, professional, they have awesome treatment plans for your animals and educate you on things you might not have known. Would reccommend to my friends and family.

Dr. Katie and the Lomsnes staff were so great and welcoming. It was the first time bringing my dog, Lola, for her yearly check up. Looking forward to going again!
