Get Vets, friendly staff. They do a great job of looking after both of our dogs. One dog is 15 years old and the other is 14 weeks.
The staff was very nice and friendly, especially under the circumstances. The vet was quite understanding. If I had another pet I would go back.
Pushy veterinarian to do what "they" would do, no helpful advice given if u choose the home care option, then no follow up. I made my "own" choice to care for my dog at home and got advice from a friends vet and then my dog was great. Was shocked the vet couldn't give me that advice .
My cat is a difficult patient and gets very stressed and irritable on the way to the clinic as well as in the clinic! I love that the staff was so good with him and allowed him to adjust to his environment before any examinations, etc. They obviously treated him very well during his "day stay" as I could tell even when I got him home that he was not near as traumatized as he was after his last vet experience at a different clinic. The staff is thorough, pleasant, helpful and I loved that they emailed me a complete report with all the test results and doctor comments/recommendations. Very very impressed!!!** Further to my comments above... i recently had to make one of the most difficult, heart wrenching decisions in my life, to euthanize my beloved cat. The staff was so compassionate, caring and gave me all the time i needed to say my final good-byes. I will forever be grateful for your kindness towards me and him in his final moments.
The absolute best vets out there. They have taken care of my dog more times than I can count and make the process so fluid, friendly and caring.
