I have dealt with Art a few times, and I am always comfortable to come back and ask him questions about my vehicle. This particular time he wasn't at the dealership and Brad helped me out instead. Great environment, especially when you have kids. All the staff are more than patient with them as they run around, climb on and touch the cars.It's welcoming as soon as you walk in the door, and they also have a good sense of humor! I went to photo bomb their group pictures, instead they just asked me to actually be a part of it haha
The Service department is fantastic! I have brought my Jetta, Caravan, and WRX in for service a few times and they have always been polite, courteous, and thorough. They have always been more than willing to answer my questions, and explain what is going on to me so that I understand. Plus, they gave my vehicles a bath after they were done with them!
Recently traded my Genesis Coupe off on something more practical for myself. I worked closely with Brad and we were able to find a Toyota Rav4 that was going to work out perfectly for me. Had me in the Rav4 as quickly as possible. It was a great experience and I would highly suggest giving them a shot. Also the coffee is pretty good as well.
