Our car importer sent our imported car to EZ Motors for evaluation before the out of province inspection. This guy is slippery as can be. Totally unprofessional, items on the bill were lump sum only, not properly itemized and priced. We were double charged for some parts, charged for the installation and moulding for a back window broken by the trucking company, charged for gas twice, he put 275 km on the car, did a bunch of electrical repairs apparently but had a different story about what was wrong every time I talked to him. He insisted on all brand new brakes on a car with only 60K on it. When I questioned it he said it was because of rust. I told him to save the old parts, I wanted them and he had a song and dance about how the inspection shop threw them out. He called my wife the next day and asked for more money and her credit card information over the phone. She told him to talk to me, and I haven't heard a word from him since. We left feeling worked over, and won't be returning to give him our business.
I just bought an Audi A4. Absolutely LOVE this car! This is the third car I have purchased from EZ Motors! These guys are truly amazing! Honest, fair and excellent to deal with! They honor warranty and make sure everything is taken care of. To be honest, they go above and beyond with their service always! I will only buy cars from them from this point forward! You can not find better people, product, or service anywhere! They are the ABSOLUTE BEST OF THE BEST!
Brought my focus in a couple of times now, and each time they are very friendly professional, and fast, I even brought the wife's car in for winters... highly recommend this place for auto repair... wont beat the service or prices!!
