Im very happy with my truck! A big thank you to Luke for making it a no pressure sale, thats what made it a very simple decision for me. Gary Moe Mazda was great! I bought a CX-5 from there in August and I have nothing but good to say about them. Luke was amazing and I highly recommend going and speaking to him if you are looking at getting a vehicle.As a side note, the CX-5 handled like a freaking champ on the icy roads we had yesterday!
1. Forget the free car wash that was mentioned during the sale process. 2. Read your report. Take a quick good look on the tasks performed that was stated in your report. (I checked all my door hinges as they stated they lubricated/greased them but unfortunately, all my door hinges are dry which means they didnt do it). I am just hoping that the rest on the list were really performed.

If I could give a zero star review I would. We took our Mazda 3 hatchback in for a basic oil change and they didnt put oil in the car. My wife drove off and got a few blocks away before calling the dealership. They told her it was a normal sound the car made. When she checked the dipstick it was completely dry. The dealership did absolutely nothing to better this situation, and the managers just got mad at me when I asked what they would do to better what they did. I would never go back for a service or buy a vehicle from them. They also didnt tell us about an accident the car had previously been in until after we signed all the paper work, put plates and insurance on it. Horrible horrible dealership.
