Unfortunately service is kinda hit or miss, was having problems with buttons in my truck even had a video showing that they did not work all of the time. They took a look and said there was no problem and I must not have been pressing them hard enough??? Told be to bring it in when it stops working completely. I did some research on on my own looks like it is somewhat of a common issue on this year of truck, others have had the buttons replaced under warranty. Just want my truck to work as it should.
Wasted two hours of my day there and was only showed two vehicles. I came in Thursday and talked to a salesman. Explained what I wanted and my price range. Told him I would be in Saturday with my family. Came in Saturday and he had done minimal work on finding us the vehicle we wanted. One was way out my my expressed price range, second wasnt what I wanted. Aggressive sales tactics and not will negotiate on price at all. Went to Innisfail and received way better service. Much more relaxed and prices significantly better. Will not be returning to Red Deer Go Dodge anytime soon.

I went to Go Dodge for my Journey's reg oil change and 2 recalls. I also asked that the rear wiper blade be replaced. Left my car at 1pm,and was called at 5pm. I requested a shuttle to pick me up and was told they were coming, as the shuttle had taken me home. After waiting 1 hour I called the dealership only to be laughed at..." haaa their closed"! My daughter drove me to pick up my car only to find out that my back wiper had not been replaced and had not been put on the work order! When I went there 6 days later to see the manager I explained the problem's to him. He was very nice and wasn't aware that the Service Dept had messed up. He gave my the paperwork that I had been told was "in the mail"! Also a 100.00 go gift card that will be returned, as I don't want it. I just want proper service when I take my car in for service.
Did you know go auto will buy your vehicle from you? No trade in necessary. I didn't. Nice work go auto. This is a value driven service. For people like myself that know exactly what I want, Go Auto can accommodate.
